Community Notice: The Meadow Vista HOA Monthly Board of Directors Meeting, September 20th, 2010 at 6:45pm MST at the Meadow Vista Clubhouse
The following rule changes have been made to the Association Rules.
Flagpoles
Changed:
“Flagpoles are not allowed in residential area except for those used temporarily by Homebuilders at the models. Homeowners are advised to use brackets mounted on the house or garage to display flags.”
To:
“Flagpoles are allowed in residential areas provided they meet the following criteria:
- Flagpole does not exceed 20 feet in height
- Flagpole must be anchored in concrete
- Flag must be kept in good repair, as per the United States Flag Code
- If a flag is flown between dusk and dawn, appropriate lighting, as per the United States Flag Code, must be used.
Homeowners are advised they may use brackets mounted on the house or garage to display flags.
The following flags are allowed, as per ARS 33-1808: the American flag, the military flag, the POW/MIA flag, the Arizona state flag or an Arizona Indian nation’s flag. All other flags are not allowed.”
Parking
Vehicles of all owners, lessees, and residents, and of their employees, guests and invitees, are kept in garages, carports, residential driveways of the owner, designated parking areas, designated spaces in commercial areas, and other designated parking areas wherever and whenever such facilities are sufficient to accommodate the number of vehicles at a lot. Owners are requested to restrict on the street, overnight parking to 48 hours in any 7-day period or emergency situations only…
Added:
“… and require a registered parking permit provided by the Board of Directors, Committee, and/or Property Management Company.
Clubhouse Parking is designated for resident parking between 11pm and 8am only, and must be made available for Clubhouse Guest Parking between 8am and 11pm.
Failure by the residents or their guests to adhere to Parking Rules and Restrictions risk their vehicle being removed from Meadow Vista property at vehicle owner’s expense without warning.”
