Parking Permit Request Form

Vehicles of all owners, lessees, and residents, and of their employees, guests and invitees, are kept in garages, carports, residential driveways of the owner, designated parking areas, designated spaces in commercial areas, and other designated parking areas wherever and whenever such facilities are sufficient to accommodate the number of vehicles at a lot.  Owners are requested to restrict on the street, overnight parking to 48 hours in any 7-day period or emergency situations only, and require a registered parking permit provided by the Board of Directors, Committee, and/or Property Management Company.

Clubhouse Parking is designated for resident parking between 11pm and 8am only, and must be made available for Clubhouse Guest Parking between 8am and 11pm.

The HOMEOWNER assumes sole responsibility for any damages, losses or theft of personal property, including, but not limited to articles left in this vehicle, and/or bodily injury or death to any person or persons this vehicle may be subject to, and hold Meadow Vista Homeowners Association, the Association members and City Property Management Company and its employees harmless. The HOMEOWNER may defer this responsibility and liability to it’s TENANTS upon a separate private agreement.
